As a Field Services Technician, you will be responsible for taking care of all Field Services requests for Corporate Customer in various facilities, for managing on-site installation, repair, maintenance, system improvement & testing and for providing service and customer support during visits or dispatches. • Evaluate customer infrastructure, confirm that the correct solution is offered to the Business Customers • Perform customer support and troubleshooting tasks for Business Services. Perform all on-site activities related to installation, repair, management and maintenance. • Operate field automation systems and databases.
