We are looking for Fitness Instructors to join our Seasonal team for 2025! What you will do Provide a superior level of fitness instruction and experience to Four Seasons members and guests including safe, quality private and group fitness training that exceeds guest expectation. Responsible for providing Hotel guests and members with customized, personal attention by greeting each guest as they enter the fitness area. Provide tour of fitness areas and facilities to guests and visitors. Anticipate guest needs and be aware of the safest fitness approach so to adjust to the level of fitness to each guest. Provide explanations for exercise techniques and equipment. Develops and executes training plans and actively promotes fitness activities through guest interaction. Ensure that guests do not misuse free weights or equipment and are wearing suitable gym wear and shoes. Offer water and fresh towels to fitness guests. Interact with guest, providing full knowledge and assistance in a friendly and unobtrusive manner. Escort guests to their next destination at the end of the session and express sincere appreciation. Assist with attending guests through the Spa and Fitness facilities (inclusive of locker facilities, wet areas, spa reception and changing rooms). What you bring Applicants must have the legal right to work in the European Union. Fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in Greek is an advantage. A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience is required for this role. Four Seasons is seeking a Tennis Lounge Assistant to coordinate member and guest tennis reservations, execute retail sales, and handle POS transactions with efficiency and professionalism. This role is essential in ensuring maximum customer satisfaction while adhering to Four Seasons’ policies. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional hospitality skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing a welcoming environment.    What You Will Do  - Handle member and guest tennis reservations in accordance with established policies, ensuring a friendly and efficient experience.  - Interact with members and guests with the highest level of hospitality, accommodating special requests and resolving complaints professionally.  - Assist with Sports Shop merchandise sales, aiming to exceed customer expectations and maximize revenue opportunities.  - Process all member and guest POS transactions in compliance with Four Seasons accounting procedures.  - Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the Tennis Lounge and courts, ensuring equipment is well-maintained.  - Collaborate harmoniously with co-workers and supervisors to foster a positive work environment.  - Assist with quarterly inventory counts as required by the Recreation Manager/Supervisor.  - Ensure accuracy of billing in relation to court reservations.    What You Bring  - Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hospitality or sports environment.  - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on providing exceptional service.  - Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and maintain a cash bank.  - Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage reservations and inventory effectively.  - Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and guest service requirements.  - A commitment to maintaining high standards of personal appearance and hygiene.    What We Offer  - Employee Meals  - Uniform & Laundry  - Opportunities for professional development and training  - Employee Travel Program (after completing six months with the company, you are eligible for complimentary nights in Four Seasons properties worldwide).    Schedule & Hours:  Permanent job - 5 days per week.
