Job’s Purpose As a Transportation Shift Coordinator, you will be member of the Transportation Division and you will actively participate and coordinate a large range of transportation operations. The role requires the ability to manage a various team of drivers and cooperates effectively with the stakeholders. A small idea of your daily tasks Ensures, monitors, and checks the availability of the appropriate resources (vehicles, drivers, etc.), Coordinates the day-to-day activities/mechanisms regarding the daily delivery processes and the invoicing procedures. Manages the routing program in daily basis. Responsible for the distribution optimization of orders. Conducts regular audits on the delivery processes and equipment. Monitors regularly & ad hoc the differences between initial routing plan and final delivery route of orders. Participates in the selection, training and manages the performance evaluation of a team of drivers.  What you have Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply chain, Business Administration or relevant field. Job’s Purpose  Embark on a transformative journey as the District Repair & Maintenance Coordinator within the vibrant world of the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector. In this pivotal role you will be ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of our warehouse by coordinating and overseeing all repair and maintenance activities. Your expertise and ingenuity will contribute greatly to elevating efficiency, maximizing asset performance and enchant our customers.   What you will focus on  Collaborate with Maintenance Supervisor to develop and implement repair and maintenance strategies tailored to the assigned warehouse. Source and liaise with external vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely and quality execution of repairs and maintenance tasks based on the warehouse’s budget Monitor and evaluate the condition of warehouse’s assets to proactively identify maintenance needs and propose actionable improvements Coordinate and schedule routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections for all assets in alignment with company guidelines and regulatory requirements Collaborate and coordinate daily with the warehouse’s colleagues to ensure seamless maintenance operations and optimized asset performance Respond promptly to emergency repair requests and manage crisis situations effectively to minimize operational downtime Participate in any audits or inspections carried out by public authorities or regulatory bodies Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technological advancements and regulatory changes that impact repair and maintenance practices in the Retail FMCG sector   What you bring  5 years of working experience as a Repair and Maintenance Coordinator. Any working experience within Retail FMCG sector will be considered an asset BSc in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering.
