Αντιμετώπιση παραπόνων των πελατών με αποτελεσματικό τρόπο, βρίσκοντας λύση στο πρόβλημα του πελάτη. Γνώση όλων των λειτουργιών του προγράμματος του ταμείου. Διαχείριση και έλεγχο των αναλωσίμων του ταμείου. Ανεφοδιασμός τμημάτων πώλησης κοντά στο ταμείο (γυαλιά ηλίου, κοσμήματα, φουλάρια κ.α.). Δυνατότητα ταυτόχρονης εξυπηρέτησης πελατών (τηλέφωνα).   Προσόντα που ζητάμε Διάθεση φιλική, χαμογελαστή και προθυμία να λυθεί οποιαδήποτε απορία του πελάτη. Επιθυμητή εργασιακή εμπειρία σε ανάλογη θέση. Καλή γνώση χειρισμού Η/Υ. Καλή γνώση Αγγλικής γλώσσας, περαιτέρω γνώσεις ξένων γλωσσών είναι πλεονέκτημα. Στα πλαίσια της συνεχούς ανάπτυξης ο Όμιλος Εταιριών FAIS αναζητάει για την MANGO:   Assistant Store Manager, Γλυφάδα Σύντομη Περιγραφή Αναφερόμενος στον υπεύθυνο καταστήματος ο κάτοχος της θέσης έχει την ευθύνη της ομαλής λειτουργίας του καταστήματος.  Αρμοδιότητες Διασφάλιση της υψηλής ποιότητας εξυπηρέτησης των πελατών Συνεργασία με τον υπεύθυνο καταστήματος (store manager) για εξασφάλιση εύρυθμης λειτουργίας καταστήματος Συνεχής έλεγχος και αξιολόγηση για την έγκαιρη αναγνώριση και επίλυση προβλημάτων Επίτευξη ποσοτικών και ποιοτικών στόχων σύμφωνα με την εμπορική πολιτική της εταιρείας Διαχείριση και εκπαίδευση του ανθρώπινου δυναμικού Συντονισμός της ομάδας και παρακίνηση αυτής Διασφάλιση της εμπορικής εικόνας του καταστήματος σύμφωνα με τους κανόνες του Visual Merchandising της εταιρείας  Άμεση συνεργασία με τους VM με στόχο την βελτιστοποίηση της εικόνας του καταστήματος. Έλεγχος του στοκ του καταστήματος και διαχείριση αυτού κατόπιν συνεννόησης με τον υπεύθυνο καταστήματος (store manager). Να είναι ενήμερος για τα trends της σεζόν αλλά και τις συλλογές του ανταγωνισμού. Να παρέχει προϊοντική και πελατειακή ανατροφοδότηση. Προϋποθέσεις Σχετική εμπειρία σε θέση ευθύνης κατά προτίμηση στο χώρο της λιανικής. Ομαδικότητα. Ικανότητα καθοδήγησης και κινητοποίησης της ομάδας.
