We are&nbsp;looking to recruit the most talented individuals with combined&nbsp;sectorial, academic and professional knowledge. As an&nbsp;EY&nbsp;Experienced Sustainability Professional, you will build valued relationships with external clients and internal peers using your&nbsp;technical knowledge and experience&nbsp;to provide the best outcomes. At the same time, you are required to&nbsp;continuously develop through trainings and hands on experience on a variety of engagements.&nbsp;Your key responsibilities&nbsp;As an EY sustainability professional, you’ll use your insights and experience to drive clients’ global business performance and sustainable growth,&nbsp;leveraging on EY’s innovative solutions and transformation framework. Working as part of a high-performing team, you’ll&nbsp;deliver exceptional client service and help leading organizations to operationalize their sustainability strategy, as well as develop and implement robust action plans that will transform existing business models, within a&nbsp;variety of sectors&nbsp;including Financial Services (Banking and Insurance), Consumer Products &amp; Retail, Mining &amp; Metals, Oil &amp; Gas, Power &amp; Utilities, Real Estate &amp; Construction, Advanced Manufacturing, Life Sciences / Pharma, Telco’s and Transportation.&nbsp;You will take part in demanding projects with regional and global reach, and you will:<ul><li>Assess clients’ sustainability roadmap and strategic initiative towards their operationalization and implementation</li><li>Develop innovative future state sustainability action plans, leveraging benchmarks and leading practices</li><li>Support the implementation of sustainability roadmaps based on technical assessment of best available practices and technologies</li><li>Collaborate with an extended eco-system of internal and external partners, and take advantage of EY’s alliances and owned digital assets and solutions</li><li>Contribute to EY’s Global Knowledge by improving existing assets and solutions, and by supporting the design and development of new ones</li></ul>&nbsp;Skills and attributes for success&nbsp;<ul><li>Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and complete multiple complex tasks under tight deadlines</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within a team</li><li>Ability to develop presentations that are clear and impactful, translating EY services into meaningful valued propositions for clients</li><li>Strong analytical skills and conceptual attitude</li><li>Problem solving and critical thinking skills</li><li>Strong attention to detail with a logical and methodical approach</li><li>Building relationships with colleagues across service lines to provide seamless integrated service&nbsp;</li><li>Demonstrating positive attitude, professionalism, teamwork competences, project management skills and high level of self-motivation and desire to exceed expectations</li><li>Using technology to continually enhance service delivery and improve our products and processes</li><li>Excellent business acumen and commercial awareness</li></ul>&nbsp;To qualify for the role, you must have&nbsp;<ul><li>Relevant experience in sustainability engagements with a proven track record of outstanding performance in one or more of the following areas:&nbsp;</li><li>Climate and decarbonization</li><li>Green Energy transition / Green Infrastructure and RES</li><li>Energy Efficiency in Buildings and Manufacturing</li><li>Circular Economy, Waste</li><li>Sustainable Products &amp; Services, Product Life Cycle</li><li>Sustainable Supply Chain / Manufacturing / Logistics / Procurement</li><li>Health &amp; Safety</li><li>Sustainable Finance</li><li>ESG Risk management in Financial Services as well as other sectors</li><li>Up to date knowledge on Global and EU regulatory developments for Sustainability</li><li>Ability and comfort in researching and resolving emerging client issues, including regulations, industry practices and new technologies</li><li>Excellent academic background including a bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in a relevant Sustainability discipline, ranging from climate change and environmental studies to sustainable engineering disciplines or a variety of other academic backgrounds.</li><li>Advanced project management skills and proven experience in managing demanding projects</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication in Greek and English (both in relation to technical and non-technical issues)</li></ul>&nbsp;Ideally you will also have<ul><li>Proven experience in sustainability-related frameworks and standards (e.g. EU Taxonomy, CSRD, SBTi, TCFD, GRI, UN SDGs, SASB, TNFD, CDP, GHG protocol, GLEC, LCA-ISO14040/14067, ISO14001/EMAS, OHSAS18001/ISO45001, ISO50000, LEED / BREEAM / DGNB)</li><li>Knowledge of Sustainability technology platforms (e.g. SAP, Microsoft, IBM, Service Now)</li><li>Consulting experience in a large firm on Sustainability services</li><li>Flexibility to travel in accordance with client and other job requirements</li></ul>&nbsp;What we look for&nbsp;What’s most important is that you’re dedicated to working with your colleagues as part of a high-performing team.
