Your purposeAs a Total Rewards Specialist, you will contribute to the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Total Rewards programs that attract, retain, and motivate talent, ensuring alignment with AB Vassilopoulos and Ahold Delhaize’s strategic goals and market competitiveness. If shaping total reward programs that generate valuable business results sounds exciting, this is the perfect next step in your career!What you will focus on<ul><li>Participates in all stages of the Job Evaluation (JE) &amp; Grading process (JE interviews, JE, Grading, Job Families etc.)</li><li>Designs and refines compensation and benefits schemes (e.g., bonus schemes, car policy) by conducting market analysis, modeling financial impact, and ensuring compliance with corporate and legal frameworks.</li><li>Monitors and evaluates the terms of group medical and pension plans, recommending changes to address evolving business needs and optimize cost-effectiveness.</li><li>Leads the end-to-end administration of the annual salary review and variable pay processes, ensuring accuracy, fairness, and timely completion.</li><li>Ensures participation in selected Salary Surveys, by preparing for submission the appropriate data and handling the communication with Salary Survey vendors.</li><li>Performs various administrational tasks relevant to Compensation &amp; Benefits (C&amp;B), Org. charts and HR Policies / manuals, in cooperation with HR BPs &amp; HR Operations teams.</li><li>Develops dashboards and analytical reports to track C&amp;B KPIs, support decision-making, and provide insights to senior leadership.</li></ul>Who we are looking for<ul><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR Consulting or HR position</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, or any numerical discipline</li><li>Master’s degree, in Human Resources or other related degree would be an asset</li><li>Experience in C&amp;B and/or Org. You will have the opportunity to work in large global scale Projects and you will be part of a team that consists of professionals with a variety of backgrounds and wide professional experience.&nbsp;Your key responsibilities&nbsp;As a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Professional you will be a key resource on large-scale system related projects. In this role, you should be able to deliver quality client service, analyze complex problems and deliver insightful solutions. You will also be expected to have excellent communication skills, integrate into new teams and rapidly establish relationships.
