The key responsibilities of this role include:<ul><li></li></ul><ul><li>Designing and building 3-statement financial models.</li><li>Applying various valuation methodologies such as Discounted Cash Flows (DCF), Comparable Companies’ Multiples, and Comparable Transactions.</li><li>Analyzing historical financial statements to understand trends and key drivers.</li><li>Utilizing various financial databases to gain critical insights into capital markets.</li><li>Conducting industry and market research to gather relevant data and assess business viability and growth potential.</li><li>Preparing detailed valuation reports and presentations.</li></ul>The key requirements of this role are:<ul><li></li></ul><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting &amp; Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or Economics with an excellent academic record.</li><li>Master’s degree or relevant professional qualifications (CFA) in any of the above-mentioned disciplines will be considered a strong asset.</li><li>Familiarity and a solid understanding of basic accounting concepts and valuation techniques.</li><li>Experience using CapitalIQ and Bloomberg databases will be highly regarded.</li><li>Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.</li><li>A genuine passion for finance.</li><li>Problem-solving, analytical, presentation, and report-writing skills.</li><li>Up to 2 years (Assistant) or +2 years (Associate) of relevant professional experience, preferably in valuations/financial modelling within an audit/consulting firm.</li><li>Fluency in Greek and English, both orally and verbally.</li><li>Military obligations fulfilled (if applicable).</li></ul> What’s in it for You?At Grant Thornton Greece, we believe that great work deserves great rewards!
