Whether it’s preparing a robust Business Plan to ensure a company’s future or navigating complex cross-border special situations, we work at a fast pace with private equity firms, banks, corporates, and investors, supporting them to execute decisions that create long-term value under short-term pressure.We have ambitious plans, and we are looking for intellectually curious, commercially sharp, and ready to work in a high-performance team experienced financial analysts, to join our team in our offices in Athens.As a financial analyst in Turnaround and Restructuring Strategy team, you will:<ul><li>Work in a professional environment alongside a vibrant and exciting team of experienced financial professionals on a variety of projects across a wide range of sectors.</li><li>Contribute as a vital member of the team in executing financial advisory projects. You’ll be focused on understanding the client’s business, profit drivers and trends, help clients mitigate risks and improve deal structures.</li><li>Create a diverse experience, with each project offering new opportunities to expand your technical expertise over a wide range of sectors.</li><li>Learn and develop technical and personal skills to support achievement of career goals, through a blend of structured learning, coaching and experiences.</li></ul>&nbsp;Skills and attributes for successWhat we look for<ul><li>Excellent academic background, including a bachelor’s degree from a top tier university in Accounting / Finance / Banking / Auditing / Economics, or any other related field a with a strong quantitative focus</li><li>Significant relevant working experience, ideally in a Corporate Finance department, or Big4 professional services firm</li><li>Excellent written and verbal skills both in Greek and English</li><li>Excellent knowledge in MS Office packages, in particular MS Excel and PowerPoint</li><li>Strong numerical / analytical ability, with corporate finance and financial accounting knowledge and experience</li><li>Outstanding organizational skills, flexibility, and ability to work under tight deadlines</li><li>Excellent project management, attention to detail, communication, problem solving, interpersonal and teaming skills</li><li>Willingness to learn, proactivity and the ability to adapt to new challenges and ideas, while working in a multicultural corporate environment</li></ul>&nbsp;Ideally, you’ll also have<ul><li>An active CPA/ACCA/ACA/CFA certification (or in a final stage of completion)&nbsp;</li><li>A master’s degree from a top tier university in Accounting / Finance / Banking / Auditing, or any other related field, with a strong quantitative focus</li><li>Accounting knowledge and experience (IFRS and Greek GAAP)</li><li>Solid negotiation and influencing skills, and the ability to develop long-lasting relationships both internally and externally&nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul>&nbsp;What we offerWe will fuel your ambition and potential with future-focused skills development that equips you with state-of-the-art methodologies and technology-enabled solutions.
