The HCM is responsible to lead, coordinate and contribute to activities related to Research & Development, Innovation, as well as Business Support for cement, mortars and other cement-based products, aiming to add value to the organization, by broadening its product portfolio, enhancing its operational excellence and enriching its knowledge economy. The HCM brings forth and promotes best practices in quality and innovation for cement products, in line with the Group priorities and Green Growth Strategic Directions. Alternatively, a Master’s degree in the above fields with proven working experience of at least ten (10) years in relevant industrial or research positions; OR a Bachelor’s degree with proven working experience of at least twelve (12) years in relevant industrial or research positions. Technical proficiency in cement, mortars and other cement-based products, with strong preference for hands-on experience in manufacturing. Work experience in cement production units, as well as demonstrated experience on accreditation and quality control systems (i.e. ISO 17025, ISO 9001) are considered most appropriate and preferred. Demonstrated competence in matters related to innovation and sustainability for cement and mortars. Demonstrated capacity in project management, processes, and tools, including planning and tracking progress, timelines, and budgets. Your day to day will include:   Evaluating designs to ensure electro-mechanical and fire safety compliance with relevant standards Reviewing and ensuring electro-mechanical plans meet legislative and project prerequisites Creating and implementing innovative design solutions for retail and customer-focused environments Designing tailored solutions to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency using digital systems Overseeing quality of digital devices and systems like kiosks, signage, lighting, and energy management Preparing and ensuring technical specifications comply with Greek building legislation Collaborating with teams and authorities to deliver projects smoothly and efficiently   What you need to succeed:    BSc in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or related fields; MSc is preferable 5+ years of relevant professional experience in designing and implementing MEP & digitalization solutions for retail or similar environments, such as network topologies, smart lighting, energy management, digital signage hardware and content management systems Excellent knowledge of electro-mechanical installations design Knowledge of fire brigade regulations and related legal framework is essential Proficient user of AutoCAD as well as knowledge of electromechanical software is necessary Results-driven, self-motivated, with passion, demonstrating energy and a “can-do” attitude Ability to coordinate several tasks simultaneously Team spirit Organizational skills, flexibility and agility High attention to detail Very good use of MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Excellent communication and presentation skills in Greek and English languages (oral & written)   What’s in it for you?
