is seeking a Project Engineer to join our dynamic & fast growing Project Management Office.

As a Project Engineer, you will be a highly trained engineer with a proven history of project management. Moreover, you will need to have great communication & negotiations skills, as well as the responsibility for maintaining Hellenic Cables standard of excellence and delivering projects with the utmost attention to safety and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Develop project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans; conferring with management

• Determine project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements; assigning personnel to phases and elements; reviewing bids from contractors

• Determine project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards; completing technical studies; preparing cost estimates

• Determine project schedule by studying project plan and specifications; calculating time requirements; sequencing project elements

• Maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems

• Control project plan & project costs

• Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions

• Maintain safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations

• Maintain project data base according to the project schedule

• Maintain product and company reputation by complying with state regulations

• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Qualifications:

• Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering

• Relevant working experience up to 2 year will be consider as an asset

• Strong organization skills to prioritize workload

• Strong analytical skills to evaluate problems/opportunities and drive cost-effective solutions

• Effective interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills

• Good mathematical ability

• Results and action oriented

• Fluent in English

• Fluent in German will be consider an asset
