A hostess or host greets customers as they enter a restaurant, takes their reservation or puts them on a waiting list, gives them menus and escort them to their seat. They also handle phone calls and customer queries about the restaurant and menu and assist various restaurant staff when necessary. Restautant Host/Hostess | Manko | One&Only Aesthesis, Athens (10490)

The Team Leader is responsible to provide professional and customer focused service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience will become a memorable experience. He will work closely with the Culinary and Beverage teams to ensure One&amp;Only service standards exceed the experience of the guest. Restaurant Team Leader | Ora by Ettore Botrini | One&Only Aesthesis, Athens (6808)

As an integral member of our Food &amp; Beverage division, the&nbsp;Junior Sommelier&nbsp;supports the wine program under the strategic guidance of the Head Sommelier. This role plays a pivotal part in enhancing guest satisfaction by delivering exceptional wine service, ensuring inventory integrity, and facilitating continuous team development. As a Barista, you will serve as a key ambassador of our brand, delivering refined and memorable coffee experiences to our guests.
