The successful candidate reports to the back-office operations manager and works closely with the Project Manager, the site engineers and the back office team within METKA EGN, as well as externally with the subcontractors, equipment suppliers and clients/developers to ensure on schedule purchase of goods and services. Identify risks and opportunities in contractual terms and conditions, to improve project execution aspects. Maintain and update contractual records, to ensure that they are concrete and available to keep track and reference for future use. Support sales managers in preparation of upcoming contracts, to optimise terms and conditions. Manage and guides contract engineers in monitoring of contractual obligations, preparation of claims and variations, etc. Assesse the performance of contracts engineers and coach them towards continuous improvement.   What you bring to the role: MSc in Engineering. 6+ years of professional experience ideally in the construction/energy sector or similar experience. Working experience with standard contractual documents, such as FIDIC and MF-1, will be appreciated. Additional project and/or contract management training on international construction/ industrial projects will be appreciated. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
