Ensure compliance with all safety guidelines and regulations to mitigate risks and maintain a safe working environment.</li><li>Coordinate with the Tech Manager for regular parts ordering, ensuring all orders are approved by the base manager before procurement.</li><li>Collaborate with customer service regarding upcoming bookings and arrival times to anticipate supply needs and ensure timely procurement of vital parts.</li><li>Maintain regular communication with the base manager to stay informed about any product changes, new yacht types, or other relevant updates that may impact inventory management or procurement processes.</li><li>Participate in training opportunities to improve skills and knowledge related to inventory management and procurement processes.</li><li>Establish clear communication channels for emergency situations, ensuring swift and effective responses to any unforeseen circumstances.</li><li>Update Sail sense with any specially requested parts as a Task, along with a photo of the part if possible.</li></ul>The ideal candidate will have the following:<ul><li>Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the maritime or hospitality industry, demonstrating effective communication and negotiation skills.</li><li>Previous experience within the charter industry and delivery of boat briefings is preferred but not crucial</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle inventory management and procurement tasks efficiently.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy, crucial for maintaining accurate records and inspecting delivered goods.</li><li>Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office suite to facilitate inventory tracking and reporting.</li><li>Knowledge of maritime safety regulations and procedures is a plus, ensuring compliance with safety protocols for relevant safety equipment such as liferafts/fire extinguishers and first aid kits.</li></ul>

Technical Assistant – Sculpture Lab

UNIC Athens, the University of Nicosia's academic and research base in Greece, combining internationally ranked teaching with state-of-the-art facilities, is seeking a Graphic Designer (Mid-Weight) to join its team.This role will take ownership of medium- to large-scale design projects across digital, print, and environmental applications, ensuring high-quality execution and alignment with UNIC’s brand standards.The successful candidate will play a key role in implementing the brand across Athens — including municipal-area branding, signage and wayfinding, environmental graphics, campus collateral, digital campaigns, and web assets.
