As a Non-financial risks specialist you will play an active role in the implementation of the Group's non-financial risk management framework in cooperation with the relevant Business Areas, with a focus on the management of events and third-party legal claims against the Bank and Group companies.What you will be doing&nbsp;<ul><li>Communicate with the involved Business Areas regarding the management of third-party legal claims against the Bank and Group companies.</li><li>Record the non-financial risk events and third-party legal claims against the Bank and Group companies in the Non-Financial Risk Management System (RSA Archer).</li><li>Support the 1st LoD in capturing, analyzing, and reporting operational risk events, ensuring lessons learned are integrated into controls.</li><li>Support business units in investigating incidents, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions.</li><li>Support in the definition, introduction, and update of KRIs to ensure early identification and monitoring of legal risk.</li><li>Participate in the quarterly third-party legal claims provisioning process. AML Senior Specialist

As a Payroll Associate in the Human Resources Operations Division, you are responsible for supporting the accurate and timely execution of the Bank’s payroll processes in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
