Job’s purpose We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Loyalty and Customer Product Owner to lead the loyalty and customer related solutions within our organization. As the Product Owner you will play a pivotal role in managing demand in areas shaping our loyalty schema platforms and overseeing all customer data – related activities. Master’s degree would be considered a plus 2+ years of relevant IT experience in the retail industry would be considered an asset Very good working knowledge of SAP business processes associated with core Retail and Forecast & Replenishment.
