We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to track and analyze inventory trends, supplier performance, and demand planning insights. You will maintain accurate inventory records, develop reporting tools, and support process improvements to optimize stock levels and supply chain efficiency. Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Looker) is a plus.

What you will do:

• Monitor and analyze inventory data to identify trends, discrepancies, and improvement areas.
• Track stock accuracy across dark stores and support cycle counts and audits.
• Gather and present inventory reports to optimize stock levels.
• Analyze supplier delivery data, track performance, and escalate inconsistencies.
• Identify patterns in supplier delays and support schedule adjustments.
• Analyze sales, inventory, and inbound trends to detect overstocks, out-of-stocks, and shrinkage risks.
• Develop monitoring tools and dashboards for demand planning and supply chain KPIs.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure data integrity.
• Generate reports on key metrics and automate reporting processes.
• Maintain and refine inventory data tracking processes and documentation.
• Suggest improvements for stock monitoring tools and data collection methods.

What you need to be successful

• 3+ years in supply chain management within FMCG retail
• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Data Analytics, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in inventory management software, Excel (Power Pivot), and Power BI, with high-level data analytical skills
• Solid understanding of commercial and supply chain dynamics, along with project management skills to drive inventory optimization
• Accuracy in monitoring supply chain operations, following up on discrepancies, and ensuring data integrity
• Ability to effectively communicate complex data, work cross-functionally, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
