About the job
We’re looking for a Senior People Partner to join our team and serve as a trusted advisor to our leaders. In this role, you’ll empower managers across your assigned business units to thrive in all people matters—from organizational design to talent development—ensuring alignment between our business goals and people strategies. You’ll also be a go-to resource for employees, supporting their development, productivity, and workplace experience. Confidentiality, empathy, and sound judgment will be essential in everything you do.
What You’ll Do:
- Act as a strategic advisor to divisional leaders, co-creating HR strategies that enhance performance, drive engagement, and support team success.
- Support leaders on key people topics such as organizational design, culture, employee relations, and development, helping to shape a thriving work environment.
- Translate business needs into actionable HR plans, leveraging tools, frameworks, and expertise from HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs).
- Coach and guide senior management on a wide range of people-related matters, from managing change and conflict to building effective teams.
- Provide both strategic and hands-on HR support, covering topics such as performance management, compensation, employee relations, development, organizational effectiveness, and workforce planning.
- Use data and insights to inform decisions, track progress, and identify trends that improve employee experience and business outcomes.
- Collaborate with the Talent Development team on performance reviews, training programs, and career development planning.
- Support the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding and integration to development and offboarding.
- Monitor and report on key HR metrics such as employee engagement, succession planning, learning & development, and retention.
- Help shape and implement HR policies, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with both legal standards and company values.
What you need to be successful
- 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner, People Partner, or HR Generalist in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven ability to build trust and strong working relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to turn business needs into targeted HR solutions.
- Data-driven and outcome-oriented, with a proactive mindset and problem-solving attitude.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- High level of resilience, empathy, and ownership in addressing people challenges.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
