About the job
Our Sales team is on the lookout for a passionate Small-Medium Business (SMB) Account Executive to build and nurture relationships with small to medium-sized restaurant and café partners. In this role, you will work closely with our partners, helping them grow their businesses on efood through tailored support, upselling opportunities, and strategic account management. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive, results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with SMB restaurant partners, ensuring their long-term success.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor business and sales KPIs, analyze performance data, and suggest strategic actions to enhance growth.
- Sales & Upselling: Identify opportunities to introduce efood’s services, promotions, and features to maximize partner success.
- Training & Support: Onboard new partners, ensuring they understand the platform, tools, and best practices.
- Problem Resolution: Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, proactively addressing challenges and ensuring a seamless experience.
- Market Analysis: Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity to provide valuable insights to partners.
- Reporting & Insights: Maintain accurate records, analyze performance metrics, and provide data-driven reports to management.
What you need to be successful
- Experience: 1-3 years in account management, sales, or customer success (preferably in food delivery, e-commerce, or hospitality).
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and offer strategic recommendations.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Languages: Fluent in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
- Attitude: A proactive, self-motivated professional with a passion for the food industry and a results-driven approach.
