Delivery Hero Payments S.A. (DH Pay) is a licensed Payment Institution regulated by the Bank of Greece that delivers #FinTech solutions, and its team is currently looking for a Risk & Governance Specialist to join us and take over this new challenge. You will be responsible for identifying and analyzing various risks (financial and non-financial i.e., strategic, operational, regulatory compliance, etc.), developing risk management controls and contingency plans, and communicating recommendations to the Company’s and Group’s management.
What you‘ll do:
- Contribute to the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework.
- Support in the execution of the Enterprise Risk Management process to ensure proper identification, assessment, monitoring, and treatment of risks across the organization.
- Participate in the annual assessments: Preparation of workshops for the annual Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) / Internal Control System (ICS) assessments in order to reassess existing risks and the internal control environment, as well as to identify new emerging risks.
- Ensure the accurate and up-to-date maintenance of the Company’s RCSA Risk Register and Internal Control System (ICS) Repository, including project management across departments.
- Support the development and update of the Risk Appetite Framework to ensure alignment with business strategy and regulatory expectations.
- Contribute in the design, implementation, and monitoring of risk metrics (e.g. Key Risk Indicators) to detect shifts in the risk profile.
- Oversee the maintenance of the Company’s Policy Register, ensuring updates are considered by all Departments.
- Support the Outsourcing Risk assessments for new agreements with third party providers and up-to-date maintenance of the Company’s Outsourcing Register in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Support the implementation of Business Continuity Management (BCM) requirements: Review BCM arrangements, update Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and run BCP testing for the Risk & Governance Unit.
- Contribute to the preparation and enhancement of internal and external risk reporting packages, tailored to various stakeholders (e.g. Senior Management, Board of Directors, Bank of Greece).
- Promote a risk-aware culture throughout the organization via initiatives such as training sessions, risk awareness campaigns, and collaboration with business units.
- Monitor developments and best practices in Enterprise Risk Management, as well as trends and emerging risks in industries relevant to the Company’s operations.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the business for risk & governance issues.

What you need to be successful
- Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Risk Management, Economics, Finance, Business Administration or other related field.
- Minimum three (3) to five (5) years of proven professional experience in Risk Management or in a relevant role, preferably in a multinational environment (Proven experience in Big4, Banking institution or Fintech industry will be considered an asset).
- Professional Risk Management certification will be considered an advantage.
- Enhanced understanding of the financial institutions’ regulatory requirements (PSD2, EBA Guidelines,) and internal governance arrangements
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken) is essential.
- Advanced computer skills in MS Office.
- Excellent teamwork skills, flexibility and analytical thinking.
- Ability to work under pressure and be results-oriented.
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with a proactive approach to identifying potential issues and opportunities for improvement.
- Ambition to work in a dynamic, fast paced work environment with the ability to manage priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Demonstrate integrity and professional ethics.
