Our Logistics team is growing and we are looking for a Rider Recruiter to join us and help us grow and build our riders’ fleet! 

You will contribute to the expansion of our Own Delivery fleet, which is the heart of our business, with more than 9,000 Riders across the country, delivering prepared meals, mini market products, groceries, pharmaceutical products, coffee and more– fast, easy and to your door! 

As part of the Rider Recruitment team you will work closely with other departments within the Logistics division and you will own the full cycle rider recruitment process. 

What you ‘ll do:

• Manage the full cycle of the rider recruitment process from contacting and managing the candidates pipeline to ensuring all internal procedures are completed and the new hires are ready to start working with us.
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as documentation.
• Act as a brand ambassador for efood, sharing our culture and values with candidates. 
• Keep up-to-date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforce them within the company.
• Support new hires with any questions they may have during the recruitment process. 
• Work closely with the Rider Recruitment Team Leader to ensure that the weekly targets and reporting needs are met. 

What you need to be successful

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or relevant field would be a plus. 
• Previous experience in mass recruitment would be a strong asset. 
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Fluency in English (written and oral).
• Strong knowledge of MS-Office.
• Strong communication skills with a strong can-do attitude and organizational skills.
• Team Player with high sense of empathy, problem solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
