hr operations specialist

We are looking for an HR Operations Specialist to join our HR Operations team and handle various personnel-related duties. The ideal candidate has gained experience in HR processes, is organized, and can handle various administrative tasks on time.

What you’ll do:

• Be responsible for implementing and monitoring the “Digital Card Project”. Oversee the project's smooth operation and make recommendations for improvements to the “Digital Card Application”, according to the emerging needs.

• Collaborate and guide internal teams and stakeholders regarding the “Digital Card Project”, to ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations

• Collect and assist in the preparation of payroll data on a monthly basis

• Provide guidance to HR Admins

• Provide support and respond to employees regarding HR-related inquiries

• Stay up-to-date with changes in employment law and regulations to ensure compliance

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and ad hoc reports upon requests

What you need to be successful

• At least 5 years of experience in HR Operations role

• BSc preferably in Accounting or Human Resources

• Advanced knowledge of labor laws

• Hands-on experience with an HR Software (Workday knowledge will be considered a plus)

• High level of attention to detail and numerical literacy

• Excellent proven organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize

• Strong phone, email, and in-person communication skills

• People-oriented personality, approachable, good listener

• Good sense of responsibility and commitment to confidentiality
