fleet operations support supervisor

We are currently looking for a Fleet Operations Support Supervisor who can drive compliance and operational efficiency by overseeing rider standards, resolving financial and process issues, optimizing app functionality, and delivering strategic insights to support effective fleet operations

What you will do:

• Oversee and address financial queries related to fleet operations, working with cross-functional teams to maintain transparent and efficient financial processes.
• Monitor daily rider compliance & ensure adherence to company standards and protocols by actively monitoring and addressing rider compliance issues, coordinating closely with internal teams.
• Coordinate with finance and operations teams to facilitate smooth Q&A sessions, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned.
• Analyze competitor strategies across fleet operations, payment schemes, and app functionalities. Identify strengths and weaknesses to propose actionable improvements.
• Identify and address bugs in the rider app, working with relevant teams to drive feature improvements for optimal functionality.
• Compile and present comprehensive reports to key stakeholders, delivering actionable insights to inform fleet operations and strategic planning.
• Lead, motivate, and guide team members, creating a collaborative and productive work environment that supports both individual growth and overall success.

What you need to be successful

• BSc degree preferably in Logistics, Accounting or relevant field
• Strong knowledge of financial principles is necessary
• Experience in last-mile delivery or relevant field will be a plus
• Proficiency in Greek and English
• Analytical and data driven mindset
• Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills
• Exceptional Leadership skills & Resilience
• A natural tendency to communicate effectively, lead & inspire team members
