financial analyst

We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our Finance Department. This is a key role in liaising between Finance and other departments, ensuring strong analytical and organizational support to the business as well as coordination within the organization. It is a unique chance to be part of a rapidly growing team in a company that operates in the wholesale industry.

What you’ll do:

• Maintain existing suite of monthly financial reports
• Develop deep revenue, forecast analytics and monitor performance
• Perform revenue reconciliations and assist in cost of sales tracking
• Perform operating expenses reconciliations & tracking
• Participate & assist in the preparation of forecast & budget exercises
• Cooperate with other departments (accounting, legal, operations, etc.) in order to address the business reporting, analytics and data requirements

What you need to be successful

• BSc degree in Accounting / Economics or in any other related field
• 4-5 years of work experience in a financial analysis or planning role with emphasis in operational and/or financial analysis
• Experience in a commercial environment will be considered an asset
• Ability to quickly grasp industry and business-wide concepts in order to assess implications and drive actions
• Computer literacy with Advanced MS Excel skills
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
