What you'll do
- Manage and process monthly payroll accurately and on time
- Collect, review, validate and input payroll-related data
- Calculate salaries, overtime, bonuses, leave and other employee benefits
- Monitor and verify employee attendance, absences and personnel changes
- Prepare, submit and monitor all required payroll-related declarations and obligations towards relevant authorities
- Monitor developments in Greek labor, social security and tax legislation and ensure accurate payroll implementation
- Prepare payroll reports and perform payroll reconciliations and controls
- Collaborate closely with HR, Finance and external payroll partners on payroll-related matters
- Respond to and resolve employees’ payroll-related queries professionally and timely
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive payroll and employee information
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Experience with payroll processing and payroll software
- Knowledge of ERP systems, SAP, and SCAN HRMS payroll software
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Knowledge of Greek labor, social security and tax legislation
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills
- Confidentiality handling and communication skills
- Teamwork and English language proficiency
- Accounting / Finance / Business Administration / Human Resource Managementpreferred
