What you'll do
- Repair and alter garments to meet customer needs, including narrowing, lengthening, shortening, and replacing zippers
- Adjust clothing to ensure an excellent fit and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with sales and customer service departments to respond promptly to requests
- Follow repair schedules and priorities
- Ensure the quality and aesthetic standard of the final result
Key requirements
- Garment repairs and alterations, including clothing fitting adjustments
- Sewing techniques, sewing machine operation, and hand sewing repairs
- Attention to detail and final result quality control
- Handling multiple requests and meeting deadlines
- Collaboration with sales and customer service departments
