What you'll do
- Repair and modify garments to meet customer needs, including tapering, lengthening, shortening and zipper replacement
- Adjust garments to ensure an excellent fit and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to respond promptly to requests
- Follow repair schedules and priorities
- Check the quality and aesthetic finish of completed work
Key requirements
- Sewing techniques, sewing machine operation and hand sewing repairs
- Garment alterations, clothing modifications and garment fitting
- Multitasking and deadline management
- Final-result quality control
