What you'll do
- Communicate excellently with customers to provide personalized guidance and diagnose beauty needs
- Promote products and achieve individual and team sales targets
- Apply cosmetic products on customers
- Collaborate with the team and inform customers about promotions, events, and loyalty programs
- Arrange stands, maintain cleanliness, receive merchandise, and monitor inventory
- Provide appropriate solutions and options within time limits
Key requirements
- Experience in cosmetics retail or related services
- Communication skills for building trust with customers
- English language knowledge
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Ability to work shifts including weekends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
