What you'll do
- Communicate effectively with customers to provide personalized beauty guidance and needs diagnosis
- Promote products and achieve individual and team sales targets
- Apply cosmetic products on customers
- Collaborate with the team and inform customers about promotions, events, and loyalty programs
- Organize display stands, maintain cleanliness, receive goods, and monitor stock
- Provide appropriate solutions and options within time limits
Key requirements
- Previous experience in cosmetics retail or related services
- Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with customers
- Providing personalized beauty advice
- English proficiency
- Microsoft Office
- Shift work including weekends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
