What you'll do
- Showcase creativity through product displays following brand guidelines and seasonal campaigns
- Plan and execute visual merchandising strategies in store with store Management
- Submit regular reports on visual merchandising best practices and commercial results
- Communicate and train store team to meet and uphold merchandising standards
- Collaborate with Visual Merchandisers to deliver innovative merchandising initiatives during projects
Key requirements
- 1+ years' experience
- Sports and fashion retail experience with Visual Merchandising knowledge
- Advanced sales experience with understanding of product, retail, and industry
- Flexibility to work in line with campaigns and layout changes
- Multi-tasking ability and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Creativity, communication skills, organization, planning, and problem-solving
- Teamwork and willingness to learn
