What you'll do
- Maintain the store image at all times
- Attract, engage, and motivate customers through advanced visual techniques
- Adapt displays to sales results to make the store more commercial and profitable
- Monitor customer profiles, product potential, and competitors’ commercial strategies
- Train the team on new product merchandising guidelines and techniques
- Suggest solutions for out-of-stock garments
- Report to in-store management and support specific store duties
- Provide feedback on in-store visual merchandising activity to the area Visual Merchandiser
Key requirements
- 1+ years' experience
- Visual merchandising, window displays, interior displays, and space utilization
- Product placement and visual display design
- Merchandising guidelines and techniques
- Sales results analysis, competitor analysis, and out-of-stock management
- Store profitability optimization and customer engagement
- Retail operations support, MS Office, and English language
