What you'll do
- Shape and deliver the retail learning strategy for Italy and South East Europe.
- Identify store-team capability gaps and design practical learning solutions with business partners and subject matter experts.
- Lead learning programs across owned and franchise stores using trainer-led, digital, virtual and hands-on methods.
- Coach and develop retail learning professionals, in-store trainers and franchise partner trainers.
- Build partnerships with retail leaders, HR, franchise teams, and district and store leaders.
- Measure learning impact through performance data, feedback and observation, then improve programs and report progress.
- Manage the learning budget, vendors and external partners.
- Support new-hire onboarding and ongoing store-team engagement.
- Lead and develop a regional team of Retail Training Managers through mentoring and guidance.
- Gather store feedback to inform learning priorities and recognise strong execution.
Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- Retail operations, Sales and Customer service
- Learning program design and delivery, Retail training and Adult learning principles
- Coaching and mentoring, Leadership and Communication
- Stakeholder management
- Learning technologies
- Performance measurement and data analysis, Budget management and Vendor management, Onboarding
- Human Resource Management / Training and Development / Business Administrationpreferred
