What you'll do
- Identify sales and KPI improvement opportunities and share suggestions with store management
- Model excellent customer service and meet or exceed customer expectations
- Share customer service expertise and train selected team members
- Support Sales Assistants with complex customer service situations
- Represent the brand by consistently demonstrating its attitude and values
- Guide selected team members on foundational and seasonal brand and product knowledge
- Follow all established policies and procedures
- Maintain Visual merchandising and in-store communication standards
- Process deliveries efficiently and replenish merchandise to keep the sales floor fully stocked
- Complete cash register transactions quickly and accurately
- Minimize loss in the stockroom and on the sales floor
Key requirements
- 6+ years' experience
- Advanced selling, Sales skills & Customer service
- Store KPI knowledge & Retail operations
- Retail industry understanding & Product knowledge
- Training and coaching
- Visual merchandising & Merchandise replenishment
- Cash register operation & Loss prevention
