What you'll do
- Identify sales and KPI improvement opportunities and communicate suggestions to store management
- Model excellent customer service and meet or exceed customer expectations
- Share customer service experience and train selected team members on service skills
- Support Sales Assistants with complex customer service situations
- Represent the brand by consistently demonstrating its attitude and values
- Guide selected team members on foundational, seasonal, brand and product knowledge
- Follow established policies and procedures
- Maintain visual merchandising and in-store communication standards
- Process merchandise deliveries and replenish fixtures to keep products represented on the sales floor
- Complete cash register transactions quickly and accurately
- Minimize loss in the stockroom and on the sales floor
Key requirements
- 0+ years' experience
- Advanced selling, sales skills and customer service
- Store KPIs and sales and KPI analysis tools
- Product knowledge and retail industry understanding
- Visual merchandising, merchandise replenishment and cash register transactions
- Loss prevention and retail policies and procedures
