What you'll do
- Lead, coach, and develop the Reservations team to deliver exceptional service and meet objectives
- Oversee daily reservation operations ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance
- Monitor room inventory, availability, and booking pace with Revenue Management
- Maximize room revenue through inventory control, upselling, and rate optimization
- Coordinate with Sales, Front Office, Revenue Management, and Hotel Operations for seamless guest experiences
- Manage group reservations, allotments, and special requests ensuring operational readiness
- Monitor reservation systems, distribution channels, and booking platforms for data accuracy
- Analyze reservation trends, prepare reports, and identify performance improvement opportunities
- Handle complex guest requests, escalations, and reservation issues professionally
- Ensure compliance with company policies, data protection, and quality standards

About the job
As a Reservations Manager, you will lead the Reservations team, ensuring every guest interaction begins with seamless, professional, and personalized booking experience. Combining leadership, commercial awareness, and operational excellence, you will oversee reservation processes, optimize occupancy and revenue opportunities, and maintain the highest service standards across our hotels.
Working closely with Front Office, Sales, Revenue Management, and Hotel Operations teams, you will play a key role in driving business performance while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

We're looking for someone who:
Has previous experience in a Reservations Supervisor or Reservations Manager role within the hospitality industry
Demonstrates strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills
Has excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Possesses strong analytical and organizational skills with great attention to detail
Has experience working with Property Management Systems (PMS), Channel Managers, CRS, and MS Office
Understands revenue management principles and hotel distribution channels
Thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
Works collaboratively across multiple departments
Has an excellent command of the English language; additional languages will be considered an asset
