What you'll do
- Collaborate with business units and project teams to analyze legal needs related to commercial contracts
- Negotiate licenses and service agreements
- Ensure compliance with internal rules and procedures across local affiliates
- Conduct legal research and draft information notes for management
- Manage corporate governance matters
- Monitor and update on regulations affecting Merchant Services business lines
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Corporate and Commercial Law expertise
- Contract negotiation and drafting
- Payment and Banking Regulations knowledge
- Intellectual Property understanding
- Legal English proficiency
- Autonomous work and strong organizational skills
- Interpersonal skills for cross-cultural communication
- Familiarity with Public Procurement Processes
- Experience with Project Management Methodologies
