What you'll do
- Draft, review and negotiate commercial cooperation agreements, leases, renewals, amendments, and termination agreements
- Provide guidance and advice to business teams during negotiations with tenants on special terms and adjust company agreements accordingly
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to consolidate information, coordinate documents, and facilitate contract execution
- Advise internal stakeholders post contract execution on key obligations to ensure compliance
- Monitor the contract lifecycle from initiation to closure and ensure company-wide information flow
- Keep up to date with legislation changes affecting business and prepare memos for internal stakeholders
- Oversee associates and junior associates on day-to-day tasks
Key requirements
- 10+ years' experience
- Commercial contract drafting and contract negotiation skills
- Commercial leases knowledge and contract lifecycle management
- Legal advisory for business teams and contract compliance monitoring
- Legislation monitoring and coordination and document management
- Microsoft Office proficiency including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Team oversight and mentoring capabilities
- Law / Business Law / Real Estatepreferred

Commercial Contract Manager (Lawyer)
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lawyer to join the Commercial Contracts Department of our Company, providing advice and support to the business teams responsible for the commercialization of the LAMDA MALLS commercial properties - both under development (The Ellinikon) and in operation (Malls) - working in close collaboration with the Legal Department of the organization, as needed.

The role reports to the Senior Commercial Contracts Manager of the Department.
In detail, the Commercial Contracts Manager will have the following responsibilities:
Draft, review and negotiate commercial cooperation agreements, commercial leases, HoTs, renewals, amendments, termination agreements, etc., based on company’s standard model agreements, as per the requests received by the business teams.
Provide guidance and advice to the business teams during negotiations with tenants on special terms and conditions (liabilities, risks, etc.), adjusting and incorporating such terms in the company’s model agreements in line with business needs and company’s objectives.
Collaborate with internal and external shareholders to consolidate information and feedback, coordinate documents and facilitate contract execution.
Advise internal stakeholders post contract execution on key contractual obligations to ensure compliance with agreed terms and milestones.
Monitor the contract lifecycle, from initiation to closure and ensure flow of information across the company.
Keeping up with important changes in legislation affecting the business, preparing memos and informing internal stakeholders where required.
Oversee associates and junior associates with day-to-day tasks.
You will be a successful candidate for our job opening, if you can identify yourself with the following criteria:
Academic Qualifications:
A degree in Law, preferably combined with a postgraduate degree in civil or business Law or in studies associated with the Real Estate sector in general.
Having completed extensive studies and coursework on several business-related legal issues and particularly on issues related to complex commercial real estate contracts.
Excellent command of the English language (written and oral).
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Excel, Word & Power Point).
Professional Experience:
About 10-15 years of relevant professional experience, in a well-organized In-House Legal Department or Law Firm.
