WINGS is looking for an experienced professional Project Delivery Manager to join the team and lead the successful delivery of large-scale projects in both private and public sector engagements.
The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams, manage project scope, timelines, and risks, and ensure high-quality delivery, leveraging a solid technical background to effectively bridge business and engineering teams.
Educational requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering or related field. Master’s degree will be a plus.
Essential skills
5+ years of proven experience in project delivery roles in ICT projects or public sector projects
Ability to understand client business needs and translate them into project requirements and product deliverables
Proven experience in team and people management, including task allocation and monitoring cross-functional teams
Experience in vendor and contract management.
Solid technical background and strong understanding of software development lifecycle and delivery methodologies with the ability to understand architectures, integrations, and technical constraints
Experience with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira)
Ability to manage scope, timelines, resources and stakeholders effectively, including installation and hardware teams, to ensure smooth project delivery
Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) will be considered as a plus
Familiarity with quality assurance processes and aftersales operations, ensuring high standards of project delivery and client satisfaction

Fluent in Greek and English Language
