reward analyst

The Reward Analyst provides year round support for compensation processes, systems and/or projects.  

Key Accountabilities 

• Processes reward proposals, conducts salary surveys, and tracks market data.

• Contributes to reward initiatives such as benefit plans, pay gap analysis, and the Annual Reward Review.

• Prepares regular and ad hoc reports related to reward and budgeting.

• Assists with international mobility assignments.

• Collaborates with HR Business Partners and the Talent Acquisition team 

Who you are

• BSc in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field.

• MSc in HR or MBA is a plus, but not required.

• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); general computer literacy.

• Basic understanding of employment law and reward practices is desirable.

• Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.

• Basic understanding of HR processes and reward principles.

• Good organizational and time management skills.

• High level of discretion in handling confidential information.

• Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within the role.
