What you'll do
- Manage entire hotel operation on board according to company standards
- Lead and motivate team according to Viking Philosophy
- Ensure highest level of cleanliness, hygiene, and order in all areas
- Control costs, adhere to budgets, and manage inventory
- Anticipate guest needs, handle complaints, and participate in onboard events
- Supervise and support F&B department and schedule crew working hours, days off, and vacation
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Hospitality degree or diploma in Hotel Management
- Fluent English with excellent communication skills
- Leadership skills and ability to handle confidential information
- Guest satisfaction management and complaint handling
- Cost control, budget adherence, and inventory management
- Hygiene and cleanliness standards and physical stamina
- Hospitality Management
