Within Customer Service Management, we oversee a portfolio of approximately 300 full-scope service contracts with guaranteed performance levels. We are now looking for a motivated and collaborative professional to join us in this exciting and impactful journey.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for managing the overall performance of service contracts, ensuring that both Vestas' and customers' contractual obligations are fulfilled
You will develop a deep understanding of contract requirements and closely monitor compliance, performance, and delivery against agreed targets
You will act as the primary point of contact during the Service Contract (SC) phase, you will own the customer relationship and contribute strategic insights to support commercial decisions
You will maintain a comprehensive 360° view of the customer account, ensuring cross-functional alignment and clear reporting of contract performance In addition, you will manage complex contractual discussions, including negotiations and settlements, always aiming to reach the best possible commercial outcome while identifying opportunities for added value
Qualifications
Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
Solid foundation in statistics and basic economics is required
Experience working with reporting tools and data analysis, with the ability to translate insights into actionable decisions
Good understanding of contractual frameworks and the ability to interpret legal clauses is important
Previous experience in contract management

Fluency in English is required and fluency in Italian is a plus
