- Detail orientation, analytical skills, inquisitive mindset
- Fluency in Greek and English

We are currently looking for a Contracts Engineer to join our Power Technologies team, in our offices in Paiania.
Your role will encompass:
Negotiation of Contracts (EPC, O&M etc.):
Draft and elaborate contracts and amendments, bring continuous improvement to the contract templates.
Support contract negotiations.
Identify and optimize the contract's commercial leverage.
Prepare the contract summary to be presented to management.
Supplier Contracts:
Analyze and negotiate supplier contracts.
Improve and optimize existing subcontract templates and general purchasing terms.
Support Procurement and Construction negotiating orders.
Project Execution Follow-up:
Manage and supervise changes, variations, and claims in both EPC and O&M Contracts and subcontracts.
Manage the project’s contract documentation and communications.
What you bring to the role:
MSc in Engineering.
3+ years of professional experience ideally in the construction/energy sector or similar experience.
Working experience with standard contractual documents, such as FIDIC and MF-1, will be appreciated.
Additional project and/or contract management training on international construction/ industrial projects will be appreciated.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation skills.
Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive.
Fluency in Greek and English.
Availability for national and international travel is welcomed.
