What you'll do
- Prepare and handle a wide range of food products and matrices according to laboratory protocols
- Support processing of food samples for extraction and analytical procedures
- Optimize food preparation workflows for consistency and efficiency
- Assist with extraction and sample preparation for biochemical, proteomic, metabolomic, and lipidomic analyses
- Maintain laboratory organization, documentation, and record-keeping
- Ensure compliance with laboratory safety and quality standards
- Collaborate with researchers and technical staff on multidisciplinary projects
