- Collaborate with Production and Human Resources departments to identify opportunities related to processes, communication, and employee experience

Τεχνολόγο Τροφίμων για Πρακτική Άσκηση
Αναζητούμε έναν/μία φοιτητή/φοιτήτρια που επιθυμεί να γνωρίσει σε βάθος τη λειτουργία μιας σύγχρονης βιομηχανίας τροφίμων, αποκτώντας εμπειρία τόσο στην παραγωγική διαδικασία όσο και σε θέματα οργάνωσης, συνεργασίας και ανάπτυξης ανθρώπινου δυναμικού.
Βασικές αρμοδιότητες:
Παρακολούθηση της καθημερινής λειτουργίας της παραγωγής και εξοικείωση με τις παραγωγικές διαδικασίες και τη ροή εργασιών.
Συλλογή και καταγραφή παρατηρήσεων και προτάσεων βελτίωσης
Συνεργασία με τα τμήματα Παραγωγής και Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού για την ανάδειξη ευκαιριών που αφορούν τις διαδικασίες, την επικοινωνία και την εμπειρία των εργαζομένων.
Συμμετοχή σε δράσεις που ενισχύουν την αποτελεσματικότητα των ομάδων και την οργάνωση της παραγωγής.
