What you'll do
- Handle employee grievances and resolve requests to maintain a healthy working environment
- Implement company policies
- Collect and assess recruitment needs, prepare job descriptions
- Conduct exit interviews to understand resignation reasons
- Review payroll calculations and resolve escalated payroll matters
- Analyze payroll and HR data to make recommendations
- Prepare reports for General Manager on overtime, terminations, hirings, accidents
- Provide HR data to support management decision making
- Initiate and follow up performance management process with department managers
- Communicate with company doctor and safety technician
- Participate in job fairs and prepare company events
- Manage ESG and private insurance files
Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- Payroll software proficiency and computer proficiency
- English language
- Interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Employee grievance handling
- Recruitment needs assessment and exit interview conduction
- Payroll calculation review and HR data analysis
- Report preparation
- Participation in job fairs
- Coordination with company doctor and safety technician
- Business Administration / Human Resources Management / Financepreferred

UNIPAKHELLAS (Member of Indevco Group), is looking for HR & PERSONNEL SENIOR OFFICER for its premises in Thessaloniki (Industrial area of Sindos).
Unipakhellas is an international company and integral member of Indevco Group, a multinational parent organization renowned for its diversified manufacturing, technical expertise, and consultancy services.
Main Responsibilities:
· Be the point of contact for employees, handling employees grievances and resolving requests to ensure a healthy working environment.
· Ensure that company policies are implemented.
· Collect & assess recruitment needs from department heads and prepare job description when needed.
· Conduct exit interviews in order to understand resignation reasons
· Review payroll calculation and resolve escalated matters to ensure that the payroll is generated in an accurate and timely manner
· Conduct analysis related to payroll and other HR studies and make recommendations.
· Prepare General Manager report regarding overtime hours, termination, hirings, accidents
· Provide HR related data to assist in management decision making when it is requested.
· Initiate and follow-up on the performance management process by communicating with departments managers.
· Communication with company doctor & safety technician.
· Participation in job fairs and company events preparation.
· ESG files and private insurance files
Education & Experience
· University degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Finance or equivalent
· 5 years of experience in a similar role
· Computer and payroll software proficiency
· Good command of the English language
· Strong interpersonal & communication skills
