What you'll do
- Provide front-line HR support to employees and handle HR-related queries and tickets
- Follow up on employee requests ensuring timely resolution and communication
- Support onboarding, offboarding, contract management, leave administration, and employment changes
- Maintain accurate employee records ensuring HR data quality and compliance
- Prepare HR-related documentation and support reporting activities
- Support managers and employees in correct execution of HR processes and procedures
- Act as backup for payroll preparation activities
- Identify and escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate HR team members or management
Key requirements
- Strong knowledge of English and MS Office, Excel, SharePoint
- Experience with HR systems, HRIS, ticketing systems, especially SAP SuccessFactors
- Skills in HR Operations including onboarding, offboarding, contract management, leave administration
- Customer service and communication skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Human Resource Management / Business Administrationpreferred

By joining this role, you’ll support the delivery of efficient HR operations across the employee lifecycle, ensuring accurate execution of HR processes in compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Your role will encompass:

What you bring to the role:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Advanced knowledge of English.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, Excel, SharePoint, and HR systems.
• Experience in HR, administration, or customer-facing roles will be considered an asset.
• Familiarity with HRIS and ticketing systems, especially SAP SuccessFactors.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
