Key requirements

  • 5+ years' experience
  • Strong knowledge of Greek labour legislation and HR governance compliance
  • HR managerial experience with skills in employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, payroll activities, workforce planning, and organizational design
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with AI-assisted productivity tools
  • Experience with learning and succession planning and organizational change management
  • Familiarity with Workday platform
  • Human Resource Management
