What you'll do
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention to align staffing with operational needs
- Support performance appraisal procedures and training programs
- Ensure efficient and confidential execution of HR administrative processes including contracts, payroll, and benefits
- Manage and resolve employee complaints and grievances fairly and confidentially
- Drive employee engagement and promote a positive work environment and company culture
- Monitor compliance with HR policies, procedures, and local labor laws
- Contribute to HR strategy development and implementation of key projects and initiatives
- Prepare reports and presentations on HR metrics to support decision-making
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Recruitment and performance management
- Employee complaints handling and conflict resolution
- MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Labor law compliance and HR practices knowledge
- Succession planning, learning and development initiatives
- Compensation and benefits administration
- HR strategy development and employee engagement
- Organizational skills, communication skills, and multitasking ability
- Business Administration / Organizational Psychology / Human Resources Management / Hospitality Managementpreferred
