What you'll do

Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Swim Coaching License issued by the General Secretariat of Sports
- Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education and Sport Science or related field
- Relevant Experience in similar swim coaching roles
- English Language Proficiency at minimum Lower Diploma level
- Microsoft Office proficiency including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Communication Skills, Organizational Skills, First Aid and CPR Certification, and Teamwork
- Physical Education and Sport Science

Deree College Athletic Club (DCAC) seeks a Swim Coach to join the Deree Swim Academy. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality coaching sessions, supporting athlete development, and contributing to the successful operation and growth of the Academy. The position requires a motivated professional who is committed to fostering a positive, safe, and engaging athletic environment for children and young athletes.
Location: ACG Campus, Agia Paraskevi, Athens
Working Hours: 28 hours per week
Start Date: September 2026

Key Responsibilities:
Coach the assigned teams and training groups of the Deree Swim Academy.
Provide coaching support to ensure the effective operation of the Deree Swim Academy.
Assist in the organization and implementation of Deree Swim Academy activities and events.
Support the communication and promotion of the programs offered by the Deree Swim Academy and the Deree College Athletic Club (DCAC).
Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Required Qualifications:
Valid and active Swim Coaching License issued by the General Secretariat of Sports (GSS), in its official coaches’ registry. Applications submitted without the required coaching license will not be considered.
Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education and Sport Science or a related field.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position.
English language proficiency (minimum Lower Diploma level).
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and related software applications.
Swim coaching certifications and/or participation in coaching seminars and professional development programs.
First Aid and CPR Certification.
Experience coaching and teaching children and adolescents.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Athletic background.
