What you'll do
- Install new telephone and broadband connections and resolve service faults
- Maintain, reinforce and expand underground and overhead fixed-line networks
- Modernize telecommunications infrastructure by migrating services to next-generation networks
- Guide customers technically in selecting suitable new services and products based on their needs
