- Install new telephone and broadband connections and repair faults
- Maintain, reinforce, and expand underground and overhead fixed-line networks
- Modernize telecommunications infrastructure by transitioning services to next-generation networks
- Guide customers in selecting new services and products based on their needs and preferences

- Telecommunications connection installation and fault repair
- Telecommunications network maintenance and next-generation telecommunications infrastructure
- Telecommunications, electrical engineering, and electronics
- Driving licence
- MS Office
- English at B2 level
